The Schools & Libraries Program also known as E-rate is
the program funded by the Universal Service Fund and administered by the Universal Service
Administrative Company(USAC). The program provides affordable telecommunications and Internet access
services to connect schools and libraries to the Internet. The amount discounted depends on the level of
economic diversity and location of the school or library and could range from 20% to 90% of the cost of eligible
Lark Networking focuses on category two services which includes eligible network equipment and maintenance.
